Founder & CEO
BS - Engg. Technology from BITS, Pilani, brings in 23 years of his diverse industrial experience. After an illustrious corporate career in Production, Sales and Marketing, became an entrepreneur, founded & consulted many organisations ranging from Technical Distribution, Trading, IT Services, Energy , Water Treatment and Agriculture.
Mr. V. Paulraj
Head - Operations
Graduate in Chemistry with 40 years of diverse experience most of it with TVS Group of companies covering a wide spectrum of domains such as Operations, Projects and Process engineering. His deep insights in to 5S, ISO and TPM practices through his practical implementation in the manufacturing arena brings enormous strength to strategic operations management.
Mr. B.Sridhar
Head - Quality Management System
Chemical & Metallurgical Engineer, Strategic leader with 4 decades of experience in Metal Finishing , Pre Treatment , Heat Treatment, Metallurgical laboratory , Environment and Energy Management.A Sustainability practice lead with rich experience in systematic implementation of green practices by adopting sustainable technologies including Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Sewage treatment and resource recovery.

Head - Projects
A Proficient water technologist, through his engagement with water, waste water and non water applications spanning over 50 years, has contributed handsomely for the transformation of the industry right from its nascent stage in India. Through his 25 years association with ION EXCHNAGE and later in his own capacity had established many prestigious projects involving diverse trade effluents and allied applications.

Head - Finance & Administration
Graduate in Commerce with 30 years of experience with Finance & Accounts in leading Manufacturing and BPO services industry. His sound knowledge and experience involves handling of Financials , Data Analysis, Budgeting, costing, taxation and statutory compliances. An astute financial professional engaged with Top five global audit firms in finalisation of Corporate accounts, A leader and a team player who has implemented best practices in wide spectrum of financial and accounting practices.
